Refunds will be made if the buyer notifies Willdhair Pottery within 5 days of receipt of the item and returns it within 7 days of the notification.

 

Unless the item is damaged in the original shipment from Wildhair Pottery, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, secure packing, delivery notification, and any insurance required.

 

If the buyer receives the item damaged in the initial shipment, a full refund is offered.

orders

Orders placed at Wildhair Pottery are based on available inventory unless listed "Custom Order." However, custom orders and commissions may be arranged based on the current production schedule. Wholesale orders may be arranged on a individual basis

 

Inquiries about wholesale, custom or commissioned order arrangements can be made through the CONTACT page.

 

Payment can be made via credit card or PayPal and is required prior to shipping. TN residents will be charged 9.25% sales tax on their purchases. Payments must be made in full prior to production for "Made to Order" items.

shipping

Shipments are made through USPS, Priority Mail, 2-5 business days after payment is received. Items are securely packed using recycled materials, bubble wrap, packing peanuts and recycled boxes when available.

 

"Custom Order" purchases can take anywherer from 2-6 weeks for production. See the Additional Info section in the product description for production schedule for the specific "Cutom Order" item you'd like to purchase. Shipments are generally made 2-5 businesses days after completion, unless otherwise arranged.

gift shipping

Items purchased as gifts can be shipped directly to the recipient with a personal message included from the sender. Include a "note to the seller" at check out with the specific wording you'd like expressed in your message. Gift wrapping is not available.
