This oil lamp was made from a white stoneware clay on my potter’s wheel. It’s decorated by carving through red, yellow, orange, and black clay paints revealing the white clay beneath. The exterior and interior of the lamp is lined with a clear glossy glaze. 
 
A clear, clean burning paraffin lamp oil is recommended to burn indoors or outdoors.
